Tasting notes:

This Winter Gin is a triple distilled grape based gin that has been distilled from Shiraz grapes offering a bold fruity palate. This grape spirit is then blended with a hand-crafted aged spirit made from an apple cider which sat on its lees for 12 months before being distilled twice and then aged for two years in old French Oak barrels. The blending of these two spirits has combined the flavours from the apples, pears and citrus with the unique wood aromas and flavours of the French oak to produce a “sipping Gin” that is best enjoyed on its own in front of a fire on a crisp winter’s afternoon.

Serving suggestion:

Spicy Winter Gin Classic- 45ml Bass & Flinders Winter Gin, Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Pour our Bass & Flinders Winter Gin over ice and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh slices of apple and star anise.

Winter Negroni- 30 ml Bass & Flinders Winter Gin, 30ml Okar Amaro, 30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth. Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass, top with ice and stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with an apple slice.
