9:30pm Sipping Gin Neat

Any gin, theoretically, can be drunk neat. Some gins are often called sipping gins, as they are really made to sip. Gin liqueurs fall into this category. Other sippers are just wonderfully complex gins, where they can simply delight in the experience of drinking them straight. In this selection we have a mix of both.

Just because they are sippers, they don’t need to be neat / straight up / straight

Add ice, add a touch of soda, a little straight tonic, a flavoured tonic or soda. Try whatever you might like. For the fruity, sweet gins, try a touch of ice and then a splash of soda is delicious and helps the drink last a little longer. It is a physical fact that a colder drink reduces the ability for you to “taste” as much , cold temperatures also make sweet drinks taste less sweet.
