For a 3 month subscription, you can cancel anytime by contacting us via [email protected]. You will be refunded the amount left less $20 cancellation fee.

For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel anytime you like by logging into your account and going to the section called “Subscriptions.”

After placing your order, you will receive your Gin-a-Month via Australia Post regular parcel post, which takes 2-5 days, depending upon your location. If required, you can delay delivery by entering details into the Delivery Notes – e.g. for someone’s up-coming birthday. Thereafter you will receive your Gin-a-Month around the same day of the following month.

If you ordered a 3 month subscription, your payment for the 3 months will come out of your account on the day you order.

For ongoing subscriptions, your payment will come out of your account on the day you order. Your next renewal payments will come out of your account on the same day of each of the following months.

At this stage we are not able to send our Gin-A-Month subscription outside Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service in the near future.
