Made from wild Damson Plums foraged in Tasmania and steeped in the famous McHenry Classic Gin. The result is a gin that’s refined and textured, delivering an elegant balance of sweet and sour fruit notes, without any bitterness.

Serving suggestion:

You can drink this gin straight, over ice or mix it with soda water. Try it with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime on a hot day.
