South Melbourne Market – Oyster Gin
A Gintonica Spirited Community Project. Holly Klintworth of Bass & Flinders Distillery has created this juniper forward gin using peninsula-foraged salt bush, lemon zest, lemon myrtle, dill and a hint of pepper spice and distilled with local oyster shells. It’s born to be an amazing martini or mixed with Long Rays Original Tonic for a fabulous G&T!
South Melbourne Market – Melbourne Backyard Gin
A Gintonica Spirited Community Project. Brogan Carr created this 20L limited batch of true craft spirit at her Richmond distillery using fresh pink and white grapefruit, first press olive oil and fresh honeycomb from the South Melbourne Market. A gin inspired by your typical Melbourne backyard full of citrus trees, olives and honeybees. Enjoy as a G&T with Long Rays Pacific Tonic, chilling in your backyard.

A Gintonica Spirited Community Project. Dervilla McGowan of Anther Distillery created this 20L limited batch of true craft spirit at her Geelong distillery using botanicals from the Geelong area. Also present is honey from beehives at Fed Square, near South Melbourne Market and the MCG. What inspired 5G Gin? Geelong’s Grandfinal at the ‘G, G&T Gin. Carn the Cats!
