Oyster Gin – South Melbourne Market Gin

A Gintonica Spirited Community Project. Holly Klintworth of Bass & Flinders Distillery has created this juniper forward gin using peninsula-foraged salt bush, lemon zest, lemon myrtle, dill and a hint of pepper spice and distilled with local oyster shells.
