Aged for 6-8 weeks in small Spanish Pedro Ximenez barrels used to hold Australian whisky; imparting the essence of the barrel and its history. The result is a lovely sipping gin with bold juniper up front, warm, vanilla and whisky at the back. Smooth creamy buttery finish.
