This cocktail is a variation of the whisky sour.  Rather than using whisky, we have used the multi award winning shiraz gin from Seppeltsfield Road Distillers.   It is the perfect winter cocktail as is contains the wonderfully warm shiraz gin, the tang of the lemon juice and the lovely fluffiness of the egg white


50ml SRD Shiraz Gin
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup or agave syrup
1 egg white


Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice
Shake for about 20 seconds
Remove lid, add ice and shake for about 15 seconds
Strain into an ice filled cocktail glass 
Dried lemon wheel for garnishing
