Nonesuch Sloe Gin

Description

Produced in very small batches using Nonesuch dry gin infused for up to twelve months with sloes (Blackthorn) foraged from hedgerows and trees brought to Tasmania by early colonial settlers. This longer infusion results in a spirit that is a bright ruby colour, with a clean and dry finish. It has complex spices yet is light and delicate and surprisingly smooth. 27% ABV.
