Japhet White Dry Gin

Description

Named in honour of Bathurst’s first distiller (from the late 1820s), this gin was created around the native botanical Saltbush. The higher alcohol allows for a more generous juniper addition. There are notes of lemon myrtle, lavender and various other gin botanicals. Serve as a G&T with Mediterranean tonic and a sprig of lavender. Very hard to beat. 46% ABV.
