Dry Gin

Description

A big, but soft and subtle London Dry Gin style with 16 botanicals, many Australian and Tasmanian, including elderflower and pepperberry – the rest are hidden in the secret garden. Best as G&T or cocktail with overpowering, serve with either fresh rosemary or cucumber, try it neat or over ice. Trying replacing the tonic with soda water. (45% ABV)
