Juniper from Northern Italy, but then it’s an all Australian affair with 15 Botanicals: anise myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle, lemon scented gum, finger lime, river mint, peppermint gum, wattle seed, pepperberry, lilly pilly, strawberry gum, ginger, and bunya nut. Try as a dirty martini and with brined olives. ABV 40%.
