When 250kg of shiraz was found, why not steeped it with high proof gin for 8 weeks. No sloe berries in the Yarra Valley so this take on sloe gin uses shiraz instead. Best served in a twist on a Jasmine cocktail, with equal parts gin, lemon juice, Campari and dry curucao. (37.8% ABV).
