Barrel Aged Gin

Description

In days of old gin was often stored, transported and even served in barrels, during which it would pick up flavours from the wood. This gin is made using a 24-barrel solera which is now over 5 years old. It harks back to the old tradition of a sipping gin; being beautifully rounded, smooth and ideal neat over ice. Try as an Old Fashioned cocktail simply substituting the whisky with Barrel Aged Gin. ABV 40%.
