Gins

Archie Rose Signature Gin

This carefully crafted Signature Dry Gin uses fourteen traditional and native botanicals, each individually distilled in our 300L handmade copper pot still. Perfectly balanced and wonderfully complex, it’s accented by native Australian botanicals, including blood lime, Dorrigo pepperleaf, lemon myrtle and river mint. All underpinned with pronounced juniper.

Boatrockers Hippocampus Dry Gin

A traditional style gin with superb juniper character and subtle flavours from botanicals including orange and lemon peel, coriander and cubeb pepper. Only the best of the ‘heart’ spirit is kept to ensure the end result is a well-balanced gin with a smooth mouthfeel and a superb finish.

Never Never Triple Juniper

Our signature Triple Juniper Gin combines three different distillation processes, each uncovering the bright and earthy qualities of juniper. Juniper is firstly steeped for approximately 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still prior to pot distillation. Lastly, more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character. Our eight other botanicals include coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, lime peel, liquorice root, cinnamon and Australian pepper berry. Light clouding occurs due to the copious amounts of juniper used.

Patient Wolf – Melbourne Dry

Melbourne Dry Gin is appropriately named after our hometown and where our distillery is. We spent years making, creating, refining our first gin. A process that seemed endless at the time but was obvious when it arrived. The result is a considered creation and a gin that is big, bold and complex, yet is incredibly smooth and balanced.

Melbourne Gin Company – Dry Gin

A gin that encapsulates a city. Paying homage to London Dry Gin, MGC Melbourne Dry is a classic gin with a twist of Melbourne. Eleven botanicals, both local and exotic, are each individually extracted, distilled and then blended to create a well-rounded, smooth and slightly surprising gin.

Vermouth

Each pack includes one of the following Vermouth:

Regal Rouge – Daring Dry Vermouth

Regal Rogue Daring Dry is led by savoury and light salty notes creating an umami finish. It marries a grassy Sauvignon Blanc from South Australia with native anise myrtle, quandong and native thyme coupled with white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character. Regal Rogue follows a natural production process with no wood interaction and finishes semi-dry with a lingering after-taste.

Adelaide Hills Dry Vermouth

Created with McLaren Vale Chenin Blanc at its base, this variety showcases ripe stonefruit, citrus and herbaceousness, while adding great mid palate fruit characteristics to the Vermouth on which to carry the botanicals.

The Chenin Blanc is then aged in old oak and stainless steel with our modern blend of Torino inspired roots, herbs and spices. From here this Dry Vermouth gets its distinct Australian air by utilising the French method of adding salinity in the form of karkalla, resinous herbal notes of native thyme and a rounding off of undertones of honey and nuts imparted from roasted wattleseed, tying all of the botanicals together with the varietal characteristics of the Chenin Blanc.
