Brogan’s Way – Everyday Salvation Gin
An Australian twist on the classic dry gin. Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion.

Serving Suggestion
This gin definitely suits a hybrid garnish, or something subtler – perhaps raspberries or lemon thyme with ice and a dash of tonic.
Loch Brewery & Distillery – Classic Dry Gin
Juniper led, expressive, fragrant and soft on the finish. 12 Botanicals: juniper, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica, liquorice root, mace, cassia bark, coriander, nutmeg, oris root, orange & ginger.

Animus Distillery – Ambrosian
Utilising the bold flavours of mandarin, kaffir lime and white sesame, along with fresh tumeric, galangal and ginger, Animus Ambrosian is a bold reinterpretation of gin rich with both Australian and South East Asian influences.

Serving Suggestion
This gin is exceptional in a Ginger Mule. 60ml Ambrosian Gin, 60ml Ginger Beer, 60ml Apple Juice. Fill a glass with ice and add the gin and apple juice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with sliced apple!
Kilderkin Distillery – Larrikin Gin, Sunburnt Country
Featuring the best of Australian bush tucker this very special gin is bottled at 50.7(%), Australia’s highest temperature on record. The juniper, although present is restrained and lets the native botanicals shine through. There are hints of dried plum, limey zest and a unique roasty character along with strawberry and lemon notes.

When ice is added, the strawberry gum comes to the fore, while a dash of tonic emphasises the lemon aspen notes.

Great Ocean Road Gin – Guvvos Gin
Inspired by the Great Ocean Road, 9 of the 24 botanicals used to make this drop are local to the surf coast region, including Coast Daisy, Salt Bush, Pigface, Indigenous Eucalypts and local honey, resulting in a luscious citrus gin, with crisp clean juniper and savoury ocean notes.

Serving Suggestion
The complexity of the gin makes it a delicious sipping gin straight, or on ice. Guvvos also sits very nicely with tonic as a classic G&T, allowing the citrus and salt to carry through nicely with a premium tonic. Serve with a slice of lemon, or lemon peel.
