Triple Juniper Gin

Description

This gin pays homage to a big, citrusy, juniper-heavy style of gin, brushed with a rosemary, lemon oil and earthy root scent.

The juniper is treated in three carefully balanced ways, partially steeped for 24 hours, partially fresh in the pot at the beginning of distillation and partially in the vapour basket.

Our tip: Have in a Negroni or simply serve with a lemon twist and sprig of thyme.
