The Sabre gin rested in Maidenii sweet vermouth barrels – giving the rose coloured hue, complementing its the bright citrus and juniper notes. The lemon and lime in The Sabre are pronounced in the Barrel Expedition, further accentuated with aromas of strawberry gum and candied Seville oranges, with river mint and juniper on the tongue.
