Our Pavlova Gin is a Granddad Jack’s seasonal release inspired by an Australian Christmas dessert staple, the classic Pavlova. Think meringue, vanilla, passionfruit, kiwi fruit & strawberries.

Serving suggestion:

Get your friends and family into this Christmas spirit…pour a dash into the cake mix for a boozy Pavlova or create a jug with fresh fruits – kiwi fruit, passionfruit, strawberries – topping with lemonade or soda to share around at a Christmas lunch.
