Fear not, this is not a ‘kick in the head’ hot chilli gin and yet, the heat and flavour will not disappoint.

Serving suggestion:

Incredible as a G&G (Gin & Dry Ginger) or Red Snapper, garnish with a rosemary sprig, peppercorn, or some cut chilli (for extra chilli bite!)
