This is the first foray into savoury flavours for Four Pillar with a true Mediterranian vibe. Along with the cold-pressed olive oils and olive leaf, the botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf will transport you to Greece, while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian.
