Tasting notes:

This Australian Dry Gin is distilled in small batches using 100% Australian wheat spirit and a recipe of nine botanicals. Juniper forward, it features a combination of orange peel and chamomile to create a delicate floral sweetness, while native gum and wattle seed build a beautifully complex, yet smooth mouth feel.

Serving suggestion:

Classic G&T- 30ml Finders Australian Dry Gin, 60ml Capi Original Tonic, Slice of Fresh Grapefruit. Fill a glass to the brim with ice. Add gin, tonic and garnish with a slice of grapefruit – the simple yet perfect G&T.
