Earthy citrus notes from Lemon Aspen with Meyer lemon give a punchy citrus hit, offset by the delicate fresh savoury flavours from local Sea Parsley & fresh Coriander Leaf. Coastal Citrus Gin is all about summer hazy days, from beach to balmy nights, with good company thrown in. Our flavour inspiration comes from the Australian coast and its native pantry. Serving suggestion:
