Big Tree’s cumquat infused, double distilled gin started life as one of their seasonal gin which is a range of gins that reflects the ever-changing seasons and life on the farm. However, due to its popularity, they now forage enough cumquats to make this very popular gin all year round. With its stand-out citrusy smooth flavour, it pairs beautifully with a dry tonic or a splash of soda.
