A complex and savoury Gin distilled from a grape base and vapour infused with 12 botanicals, selected specifically for their purity and quality. Pungently aromatic and displaying resinous, citrus and floral notes with underlying spice.

Serving suggestion:

G&T garnished with a lemon twist and peppercorns. For an Australian twist, try in season Ice Plant. Or a Lemon Aspen Collins, 45mL 78˚ Classic Gin, 30mL, Riverland Lemon’s Juice, 15mL Chamomile Tea Syrup, Build ingredients in a tall glass and top with Soda, Garnish with Lemon Aspen berries and Lemon Twist.
