The pack includes a selection of four of the following gins:
Lawrenny Meadowbank Pink Gin (38.5%)
With a stunning hue of pink delivered by the infusion of fresh local raspberries, strawberries and exotic hibiscus flower, reflecting the summer evening skies. Herbal freshness and bright citrus intertwine as native lemon thyme and juicy blood orange mellow on the palate with cooling coriander leaf rounding off the finish. Serve with Indian tonic water and a slice of orange.
Kalki Moon Pink Gin Liqueur (20%)
A Queensland produced Gin liqueur. Using classic Gin as the base with a blend of Elderflower and Rose. Enjoy with fresh muddled lime and a splash of soda water or mix 50/50 with Champagne or Prosecco.
Brogans Way Women’s Work Gin (41%)
A contemporary Old Tom style gin to celebrate female gin distillers. The gentle warm earthy undertones of angelica root and cassia bark are delicately balanced to allow floral juniper, sweet red fruit flavours and bright red centre limes to shine through all the way from nose to finish. Serve with tonic and ruby red grapefruit.
Original Spirits Country Rhubarb and Ginger Ginfusion (30%)
Pink Gin with a difference! Original’s Rhubarb and Ginger gin is carefully crafted from a blend of freshly harvested Victorian rhubarb, juicy Queensland ginger and Original’s award-winning Classic Dry Gin. Simply delicious mixed as a gin and soda or simply neat over ice.
Larrikin Bramble (32%)
For this limited release gin Chris at Larrikin gin has steeped some rich juicy blackberries specially cultivated in the Yarra Valley in our SCOUNDREL, leaving them there for nearly three months. The result is an easy drinking gin that brings some natural sweetness to the palate accompanied by hints of blackberry flavour. Bramble has some hints of sweetness so can be drunk with a sweet mixer if you want to draw this out more or alternatively to balance the sweetness, you can use soda. If using tonic, we recommend a lighter tasting tonic – such as Strangelove light or Long Rays Australian Native Tonic. For garnish – a slice of green apple is ideal.
Antipodes – Pink Gin (40%)
Australia’s first certified organic pink gin. Kakadu plum, olida, blue chamomile flowers and ruby red grapefruit gather together with a complex selection of native and exotic botanicals. Drinking this one should be fairly simple. You’ll get the best out of those flavours and mouthfeel by pouring it neat, perhaps with a couple of cubes of ice. You’ll be able to really appreciate the mouthfeel, the softness and balance of the gin.
Bass & Flinders Cerise Gin (40%)
Juniper berries softened by coriander are combined with lush and fragrant botanicals including hibiscus rosella, cherries, raspberries and a hint of orange. An elegant pink gin reminiscent of Turkish delight Carefully vapour infused in small batches. Enjoy neat, on ice or with a little tonic water. Garnish with berries or lime.
Anther Cherry Gin (30%)
Anther Cherry Gin 2020 harvest made from 30,000 black Tasmanian cherries from Spreyton Orchards macerated in Anther’s flagship Anther Gin.
Patient Wolf – Blackthorn
Bright grapefruit is evident on the nose, leading to a palate with packed full of sloe and a light touch of spice, before moving to herbaceous green juniper notes. There’s a slight floral underdone and straight back to sloe berries. Excellent palate length that leaves you ready for the next sip.
Wildbrumby – Rubus Patch
As gin purists, we like to pair our own Pink Rubus Patch gin with a good splash of soda water, ice and plenty of fresh raspberries on top.
This brings out those gentle notes of organically grown raspberry, rose, cardamom, coriander and native mountain pepper berry, and never overwhelms the essential citrus-juniper foundations on the palate.
McHenrys – Damson Gin
A limited release using hand-picked wild Tasmanian Damson Plums which are steeped in the McHenry Distillery Classic Gin. A beautiful Gin that can be poured over ice and then consumed!!
