- Seppeltsfield Road Distillers – Shiraz Gin
The 2020 vintage of Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ Barossa Shiraz Gin. Western Barossa Shiraz grapes are macerated in Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ award-winning House Gin to deliver soft tannins and rich shiraz fruit flavours with subtle juniper, orange and cinnamon notes.
Enjoy neat over ice, in a negroni or served with a dry tonic and a slice of fresh orange.
- Underground Spirits – Shiraz Gin with Tasmanian Pepperberries
Starting with the recipe of Underground Spirits multi-award winning gin, Tasmanian Pepperberry is allowed to dominate the blend before maturing in Shiraz oak barrels sourced from local winemakers for two months. The results are a remarkable uniqueness of each batch derived from the individual flavour qualities of each barrel. This is an absolute modern classic with a warm and delectable finish.
Best served neat over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries.
- Reed & Co. Distillery – ‘Gin + Juice’
Gintonica customers will be treated to one of the few tastes of this very limited edition gin. A distilled gin with wild fermented Gewurztraminer and macerated botanicals. Floral on the nose, sweet nectar on the front palate followed by fine acidity and a dry finish.
Serve neat over ice.
- Barossa Distilling – Barossa Shiraz
Barossa Shiraz Gin is produced just once a year from the same super intense Shiraz grapes that are revered across the globe. This is a silky-smooth Shiraz Gin with an inky depth and incredible richness – truly a Spirit of Barossa. Enjoy neat over ice, mix with tonic or your mixer of choice or get creative and knock up a cocktail or two. Or try it in their Shiraz Gin Sour…
Shiraz Gin Sour (50ml Barossa Shiraz Gin, 20 ml lemon juice, 15 ml sugar syrup, 1 egg white. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice, add ice and shake, shake, shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with dried rose petals.)
- Never Never Distilling – Ginache Gin
You will be one of the few to try this unique gin. Only 2,500 bottles of Ginache was created, with a small volume reserved for Gintonica’s Gin & Vin Pack. Single vineyard McLaren Vale Grenache steeped in the award-winning Never Never Triple Juniper Gin. This gin bursts with red fruit character and makes an incredible gin and tonic with luminous ripe watermelon colour. We love it served simply over ice with a slice of orange which gives it vibrant, fresh raspberries on the nose. The spice and bright citrus of this gin works wonderfully with the jammy raspberry brightness of the young Grenache character.
