“Two Girls and a Still”
These two spirited girls have got themselves some wonderfully handcrafted and carefully nurtured smooth and integrated gins. They are honest, flirtatious, sparkling, fresh and maybe with an ounce of Tasmanian guile. Now is that the girls or the gin?
Co-founder Natalie Fryar is Head Distiller. As an ex-winemaker of the sparkling variety, she helped lift Jansz to the fame it holds today. All of her major life decisions have been made with gin in hand.
Kim Seagram is referred to as the Chief Lush and Marketing Manager. Her great, great grandfather, Joseph E. Seagram, from a still at the back of his general store in Canada, grew to be Seagram’s, once the world’s largest producer of alcohol. Immigrated in 1992 and is now ready to dominate the world from an old airport shed?
Genevive is a special little girl of local birth in Launceston and Aussie born stills are few and far between.
