This Christmas Gin is chock full of all the fruits of summer with berry notes and those first cherries of the season on a background of subtle traditional Christmas spice to add richness and warmth.
Serving Suggestions: Perfect poured over lots of ice with a splash of tonic and soda, a fresh berry of choice and a cinnamon stick to garnish for a tasty refreshing Christmas cocktail! If you want to fuss for that special occasion just marinate a few pitted cherries in gin and add to your favourite cocktail mix, adds a beautiful blush to the colour of your cocktail and shred strips of basil over for a savoury take and festive touch!

The “perfect blend” of Australian dry gin, with macerated cherries, figs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a gentle anise, with extra botanicals such as vanilla to add softness.
