Gintonica is your central resource for Australian gin. Whether you’re searching for insights, learnings on craftmanship, distilleries, cocktail recipes, gin sample packs or simply to indulge your passion – Gintonica is the collective for you.

Inspired by our love of Australian gin and interest in distilling, we are on a journey of discovery and exploration of gin distilleries all across Australia. We’ve developed exclusive relationships with Australian craft gin distillers, learnt about the people behind the labels, their craft and distilling practices and the unique botanical structures each of their gins capture.

We wanted to share our learnings of the craft and give all gin lovers the opportunity to experience the unique flavours of Australian craft gins. Launching with the first Christmas Gin Advent Calendar in 2017 featuring twenty-four 50ml bottles of Australian craft gins and a book showcasing a Guide to Australian Gin.
